Duct cleaning
Remove buildup. Address the conditions that let growth return.

Inspect the ductwork
We review accessible supply and return ducts, grilles, and plenums for dust, debris, moisture, and visible concerns. Photos help explain findings and the recommended scope.
Clean accessible ducts and grilles
The cleaning plan identifies the ducts, grilles, and accessible components to be cleaned. Methods depend on duct material, condition, and access; damaged sections may need repair or replacement.
Help prevent microbial growth
Removing buildup is one part of care. Moisture control is essential to preventing microbial growth: drainage, condensation, leaks, and wet insulation need attention. Cleaning alone does not prevent regrowth if moisture remains.
Agree on a complete cleaning scope
Coil, blower, cabinet, and drain cleaning can be included in a separate system-cleaning scope. Any proposed treatment must be appropriate for the material and used according to its label. Wet or mold-contaminated insulated duct materials may require replacement.
